In today’s tutorial where we’ll explore PowerPoint Live, a game-changing feature in PowerPoint for Microsoft 365. This innovative tool revolutionizes the way users engage with presentations, offering enhanced accessibility features and seamless collaboration.

PowerPoint Live is a recent addition to Microsoft 365, aimed at enhancing the presentation experience for both presenters and participants. Additionally, with features such as customizable language settings, high color contrast mode, and independent slide navigation, PPT Live empowers users to interact with presentations in a more accessible and dynamic manner.

To access PowerPoint Live, simply open your PowerPoint presentation in your Microsoft 365 account and navigate to the “Present” button on the far right-hand side. From the dropdown menu, select “Present Live” to initiate the session. This generates a QR code and session link that participants can use to join the presentation.

Navigation and transcription:
