Getting Started with ABBYY FineReader
To begin, launch ABBYY FineReader and open the PDF document you want to edit. You can work with any type of PDF content, such as chapters from textbooks or scanned documents.
- Open ABBYY FineReader.
- Select “Open PDF Document.”
- Choose your PDF file.
Crop Pages Precisely
Cropping pages helps remove unnecessary margins and ensures a uniform appearance throughout the document.
- Click the “Organize Pages” button.
- Select all pages or a specific range.
- Click the “Crop” button.
- Drag the edges of the crop box to define the margins.
- Click “Apply” to crop all selected pages using the defined area.
This function applies the crop uniformly across all selected pages.
Rotate Misaligned Pages
When pages in a document are not properly aligned, you can quickly correct their orientation.
- Select the misaligned page or pages.
